As a Juniper Networks Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage advanced SD-WAN solutions across enterprise environments, leveraging Juniper, Cradlepoint, and VeloCloud technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance, ensure security, and maintain high availability. This role involves troubleshooting complex WAN/LAN issues, implementing network enhancements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the stability, scalability, and reliability of the organization’s network infrastructure.

Accountabilities:

• Plan, design, and implement SD-WAN solutions using Juniper, Cradlepoint, and VeloCloud technologies.
• Develop and maintain network architectures that meet business goals and scalability requirements.
• Configure and deploy SD-WAN hardware and software across multi-site environments.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize traffic flow.
• Manage WAN optimization, failover mechanisms, and security protocols to ensure high availability.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN-related problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex network issues.
• Prepare and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with Juniper SD-WAN, Cradlepoint, and VeloCloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN architectures, IP routing, switching, and network security protocols.
• Proficiency with network monitoring tools and SD-WAN management platforms.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as JNCIS, Cradlepoint Certified, or VeloCloud Certified Professional are a plus.
