What You'll Do As A Legal Assistant / Paralegal : ✅ Organize and maintain case files in both digital and physical formats ✅ Prepare and proofread correspondence for clients, courts, and opposing counsel ✅ Coordinate attorney schedules, travel arrangements, and deadlines ✅ Handle electronic and paper filings for motions and pleadings in state and federal courts ✅ Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and trial materials ✅ Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, and trial preparation ✅ Contribute to trial team efforts when needed Requirements What We're Looking For: ✔3+ years of experience in a legal support role (Legal Assistant or Paralegal) ✔ Strong background in civil litigation; real estate or construction litigation experience is a plus ✔ Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred ✔ Familiarity with trial preparation and courtroom procedures ✔ Proficiency with legal document management systems (experience with NetDocuments or Centerbase is a bonus) ✔ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines ✔ Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills Perks & Benefits: Competitive compensation (based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision coverage Employer-sponsored 401(k) + life & disability insurance Flexible healthcare spending accounts Collaborative, professional environment Ready to take the next step?
