Job Description

Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security and control.

We are looking for a Legal Financial Assistant to assist the billing analyst with invoicing and payments; and enter data into case management system and checks to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.

Location: Bedminster, NJ 07921 – Onsite

Position: Legal Financial Assistant

Pay: $25/hr. on W2

Duration: 6 months or longer

Business hours are 9 to 6, Monday through Friday

*** Must have the ability to apply for Government Clearance. ***

Responsibilities of the job:

• Assist billing analyst with invoicing and payments
• Prepares and sorts mail/checks for data entry
• Enters data into case management system and checks to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Researches and resolves billing inquiries/discrepancies
• Tracks account receivables
• Manage High Volume of Invoicing / Payments

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work as team and communicate to team members

Even better if you have:

• A basic background in finance and/or accounting for reconciling checks, ach deposits to invoicing and bank deposits
• Experience with finance/accounting or invoicing practices
• Experience with Adobe Pro (helpful for fixing invoices and being able to mass print)
• Basic understanding of legal process
