A community Clinic near Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join their team. Details are listed below.
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $112,000 / Annually
Licensed Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time or Part-time, direct-hire position
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
- No on-call or after-hours work required
- LCSW or LMFT will report to the Counseling Director
Licensed Social Worker Responsibilities:
- The Licensed Social Worker will oversee case management by developing treatment plans and connecting clients with resources
- The Licensed Social Worker works alongside psychiatrists, physicians, and other medical professionals to ensure clients receive the services they need
- Help clients understand their own strengths and areas for growth
- Assist clients in developing plans using their strengths to overcome obstacles
- LCSW or LMFT will see all age groups
Licensed Social Worker Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related fields
- LCSW or LMFT in CA Required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
