We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Live Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality live chat support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our company's positive image. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and contributing to the success of our company.
Pay: $27.34 - $31.67 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner through live chat, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Understand the products and services offered by the company and effectively communicate information to clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction, escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer interactions and overall satisfaction.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to clients.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Live Chat Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and live chat software.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
