Are you passionate about helping people achieve homeownership? We're looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! In this role, you'll guide clients through the mortgage process, assess financial situations, and provide expert advice to help them secure the right loan for their needs. This is a fully remote, full-time position, perfect for a motivated professional eager to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and provide an exceptional mortgage experience.
Consult with prospective clients, analyze financial and credit data, and determine financing options that align with their goals.
Educate clients on loan products, terms, and commitments, ensuring they understand their options.
Stay up to date on lending programs, policies, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance.
Market mortgage services to potential clients based on their needs.
Research and track market trends to offer informed recommendations.
Support additional business needs as required.

What We're Looking For:
NMLS license required
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or a willingness to learn new technology quickly
Strong customer service, listening, presentation, and communication skills
Accountability, adaptability, and a team-player mindset
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Ability to multitask, motivate others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
