**Aerotek Is Hiring!** **Position: Machine Operator** **Pay: $18 - 22/hr** **Shift: Night Shift 6pm-6am OR Day Shift 6am-6pm** **Pine Bluff, AR** **Responsibilities** The Machine Operator will be tasked with setting up and operating CNC lathe or mill machines. Will run programs to perform milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring of materials. Will be gathering materials/components, loading/unloading equipment, positioning work area and setting parameters. Will utilize gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure product is within tolerance. **Essential Skills** + Operation of CNC machines - Lathe or Mill + Experience using measuring tools such as: gauges, micrometers, calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** 2-3 years of CNC machining experience - Lathe OR Mill **Why Work Here?** This is a contract to hire position with competitive starting wages.
