Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cincinnati. This position plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating client projects, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for marketing and brand development.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and events.
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project management.
Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and client communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
