Pay Rate: XX17.50XX + XX1.50 shift differential ( XX19XX total )
Experience Required: Cherry Picker & Reach Truck
The Material Handler II is responsible for safely and accurately picking, packing, palletizing, and moving product within the distribution center using RF systems and material handling equipment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, scan, label, and process orders using RF/Voice systems
Build, re-build, shrink-wrap, and stage pallets for shipment
Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments using WMS
Operate material handling equipment (Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Forklift, etc.)
Verify order accuracy and ensure proper packaging
Follow SOPs, GDP, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Complete required training and maintain equipment certifications
Assist with inventory movement and cross-training as needed
High School Diploma or GED + 2 years of relevant experience
Proven experience with Cherry Picker and Reach Truck
Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Basic RF scanner and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching
Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment
