We are a millwork supplier to the single family home builders in DFW. Our growth has been extremely strong and we are up 200% over last year at this time.

Some areas we would like you to be gifted in:

• Solving problems is something you enjoy and people often ask you for help.
• Relationship development with suppliers and peers.
• Contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Vendor applications and onboarding new suppliers.
• Inventory management with an eye for warehousing and logistics.
• Sourcing specialized millwork products (hardware, veneer, unique crown profiles, etc) We cater to custom home builders as well and this is where the job gets really interesting.
• Cost optimization.

If you've done this role, I don't need to get too specific. But you will need to qualify yourself in our screening call and help me understand why you are confident in doing a great job.

It is a lot more fun that way. 

Our company runs as a team and must function as a team. For that to actually happen, we have to be focused on how to help serve those around us. How do we solve the problem? How do we be creative to get the solution? What can we do to say YES!
