Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience every time
  • Be a role model by demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members, helping them grow and thrive in their roles
  • Set the tone and culture for each shift; act as a point of leadership and encouragement
  • Be a hands-on leader: taking orders, delivering meals, assisting guests, and supporting the team during high-volume periods
  • Oversee cleanliness, guest interactions, dining room presentation, and service speed
  • Open or close the restaurant, act as a key holder, and support leadership in daily operations
  • Count drawers, finalize day-end procedures, and maintain accurate cash handling

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to coach and manage team dynamics
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in a high-energy, team-focused environment
  • Ability to create emotional connections with Guests through eye contact, enthusiasm, and a smile
