Job Description

Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Berkeley, California. This is a Contract position that requires on-site presence at our headquarters, where you will play a key role in maintaining daily operations and supporting both production employees and executives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities: - Manage the reception desk, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors. - Coordinate mail and package deliveries, as well as occasional orders for office supplies and lunches. - Perform daily health and hygiene checks for production employees, administrative staff, and service providers entering the facility. - Provide administrative support to 5-7 executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and task management. - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized office space, ensuring readiness for daily operations. - Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth shift transitions. - Monitor and address any facility-related issues or needs as they arise. - Support communication and coordination between office staff and production teams. - Handle general administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Requirements - Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in basic office software and tools. - Comfortable working in a quiet office environment with occasional busy periods. - Ability to perform health and hygiene checks in accordance with training. - Reliable and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
