Robert Half is working with a boutique real estate brokerage in North County San Diego to hire a proactive and polished Office Manager. This firm is known for its high-end residential listings, strong client relationships, and collaborative team culture. The Office Manager will be the operational backbone of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, supporting agents, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and vendor coordination
+ Support real estate agents with listing documentation, MLS updates, and transaction files
+ Greet clients and manage front desk responsibilities
+ Maintain office calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with event planning
+ Handle light bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
+ Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and internal procedures
Requirements
+ 3+ years of office management or administrative experience, preferably in real estate
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, DocuSign)
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
+ California real estate knowledge or license is a plus
