Pay: From $20 per hour (with flexibility)

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Stay informed on product updates and company policies to assist customers better.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Availability to work weekends is required.
