Job Description

The Painter will follow standard guidelines to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive living and working environment for our residents and facility.

General Responsibilities:

• Prepares surface to be painted or papered.
• Measures for wallpaper quantities.
• Measures for paint quantities.
• Assist in selection of supplies as needed.
• Clean up work area.
• Perform miscellaneous minor repairs.
• Sand rough surfaces of wood and wallboard.
• Assists in moving furniture and lifting heavy objects.
• Complete all duties according to department standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Hours of work Monday thru Friday, Day Shift, 32-40 Hours.
