Our office is now hiring a full-time Paralegal/Legal Assistant to assist with our firm’s business and estate planning practices. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including paid holidays, personal time off, health insurance, and 401k. Other benefits include an annual logo wear allowance and office drinks, snacks and firm treats. The schedule will be Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a friendly office environment.
The successful applicant must be highly organized with attention to detail, can work independently, and has experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe. Prior office experience is preferred.
Duties include: Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and contracts; track deadlines, schedule meetings, and maintain and organize client files; answer phones, manage correspondence, and prepare time entries and invoices; and provide general office support.
