Pediatric ABA Specialist - PRN
Contract, 10–20 Hours/Week
Word Therapy – Lakewood Ranch / Sarasota, FL

Word Therapy, a growing private speech, occupational, and behavioral therapy practice in Lakewood Ranch, FL, is seeking an onsite Pediatric ABA Specialist to join our team on a contract basis (10–20 hours per week, with potential for more as our caseload grows).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress toward developmental goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and fellow therapists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or related experience in ABA.
• Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact.
• Familiarity with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and behavioral strategies.
• Ability to create a welcoming, fun, and therapeutic environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
