Role - PEGA Engineer Location: Saint Louis, MO. Experience: 7+ Years **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. This role involves working from home during day shifts focusing on innovative solutions in the healthcare domain. The candidate will contribute to enhancing user experience and case management driving impactful outcomes for our clients. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. + Oversee the integration of Pega solutions with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. + Provide technical expertise in Pega Reporting to generate insightful analytics and support decision-making processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Pega Case Management solutions that streamline operations. + Drive the development of Pega Mobility solutions to enhance accessibility and user engagement. + Ensure the effective use of Pega Decision Hub to optimize marketing strategies and customer interactions. + Develop and maintain Pega Data and Integration processes to support robust and scalable applications. + Guide the team in utilizing Pega User Experience best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. + Monitor and improve application performance to ensure high availability and reliability. + Support the implementation of Pega Marketing solutions to drive customer acquisition and retention. + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business needs using Pega technologies. + Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. + Stay updated with the latest Pega advancements to continuously improve solution offerings. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development. + Demonstrate experience in Pega Data and Integration for seamless system connectivity. + Exhibit proficiency in Pega User Experience to create engaging interfaces. + Have knowledge of Pega Mobility to enhance application accessibility. + Show understanding of Pega Case Management for efficient process handling. + Experience in Pega Marketing and Decision Hub is highly desirable. + Domain experience in Provider and Payer is a plus. **Certifications Required** Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $100,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
