Job Description



Responsible for creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment for guests.

As a Pool Attendant, you will:

  • Greet guests, offer assistance, clean around the pool decks and assist guests with any help they need.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the pool area and with maintaining the appearance of the pool deck throughout the shifts.
  • Arrange and maintain patio furniture to ensure a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing poolside experience.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize pool area bathrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all poolside furniture and trash cans are clean and free of debris.
  • Perform sweeping and mopping of pool decks as needed to prevent slip hazards and maintain cleanliness.
  • Monitor and replenish pool towels to ensure they are readily available for guest use.
  • Collect used pool towels and place them in designated bins for transportation to the laundry facility.
  • Keep all pool closets clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Promptly report any maintenance or engineering issues to Central Dispatch to ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success and guest satisfaction of the pool area.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.

  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts.
