Full time and part time positions available. This position is day shift and must have weekend availability.

Prep Cooks perform various food preparation, cooking and cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen remains efficient in creating the best dining experience for our guests.

Essential job functions are:

• Reading English and speaking conversational English
• Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the Head Chef or other kitchen manager
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
• Accurately and efficiently preparing menu items with a high degree of expertise according to FDA guidelines
• Labeling and stocking all ingredients 

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability and willingness to assist in all areas of the kitchen when needed
• Maintaining attendance in accordance with team member manual
• Being prepared, in uniform, and punctual for shifts
• Other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
