Position Overview:

Qualifications:
◆Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
◆Licensure: Current state medical license.
◆Certifications: Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary
care specialty.
◆Experience: Completion of residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or equivalent.
◆Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic test interpretation, chronic disease management, and care coordination.
◆Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and aptitude for managing diverse patient populations.
Key Responsibilities:
◆Health screenings and diagnose acute/chronic illnesses.
◆Provide preventive care, patient education, and lifestyle counseling.
◆Order and interpret lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostics.
◆Prescribe medications, treatments, and referrals to specialists as needed.
◆Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
◆Manage complex medical conditions and ensure continuity of care.
