Seeking Print Graphic Designer with Packaging and Publications Experience We're seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Experience Design team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the visual and instructional experience of physical and digital product documentation-spanning packaging, help center content, and global technical publications. Your work will directly support customers throughout their learning journey, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability at every touchpoint. What You'll Do + Design user education assets for global technical documentation and help center platforms. + Create and maintain visual guidelines to ensure consistency across international regions. + Prepare print-ready materials, collaborating with production teams to verify proofs and ensure file accuracy. + Translate complex device installation flows into intuitive, scalable visual experiences. + Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality work on time and on brief. What You Bring + Proven experience in print and packaging design, with strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign. + Deep understanding of layout, typography, and production constraints for both digital and physical formats. + Ability to work within established global design systems in fast-paced, scale-up environments. + Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset-you're a self-starter who communicates effectively and escalates blockers when needed. + Passion for solving real-world problems through thoughtful, iterative design. Preferred Qualifications + Familiarity with human-centered design principles and practices. + Excellent communication skills-able to synthesize feedback, present ideas clearly, and advocate for design solutions. + Experience balancing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail. + Understanding of visual communication fundamentals, including content strategy alignment. + Bonus: Illustration and Cinema 4D skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
