Responsibilities

The role of a Production Shift Coordinator includes:

• Guiding production shifts to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Administering leadership over a team of more than 50 employees.
• Liaising with scheduling staff to ensure production goals are met.
• Supervising hiring, training, and employee development.
• Coordinating workload assignments and managing employee performance.
• Resolving grievances and enhancing problem-solving frameworks.
• Ensuring precise documentation and reporting of production metrics.
• Enhancing quality initiatives in alignment with plant targets.
• Designing, assessing, and refining safety protocols continually.

Skills and Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
• Over two years in a relevant manufacturing capacity.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal abilities and team-working skills.
• Articulate in conflict resolution strategies.
• Computer literacy with additional SAP familiarity is desirable.

Compensation:

Pactiv Evergreen is required by laws in many locations to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $71,300 to $118,800/year.
