Job Description
**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
**Sign on bonus: Up to $6,000**
+ Provide care for patients through their entire experience
+ Administer medications accurately, safely, and consistently according to the patient's plan of care
+ Complete thorough documentation on patients as required
+ Practice sterile or clean techniques for patient's needing wound care/dressing change
**Job Requirements**
+ Current Registered Nurse (RN) OR LPN license that allows you to practice in our state
+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) required
**Where You'll Work**
A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility, Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All of the rooms are private. At Lasting Hope Recovery Center, patients find comfort and a team of caring professionals working for them. Often, mental illness and substance abuse occur at the same time. CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center offers an entire range of treatment and prevention services to meet the needs of patients experiencing both challenges. Treatment is built on personal strengths and support systems that treat individuals experiencing these illnesses.
**Pay Range**
$36.00 - $52.20 /hour
