Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Location: Exton, PA
Type: Contract to hire 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 
Pay Rate : $30/hour 

Overview: 
Growing Pharmaceutical Company is seeking an experience Quality Control Inspector to join their team on a contract to hire basis. In this role, you will be responsible for Quality Control activities such as sample review, Environmental Monitoring data review, equipment inspection and documentation oversight. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities within a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assure raw material testing and supplies used in manufacturing product(s) are supplied by qualified Vendors/Suppliers and a Certificate of Analysis is received with all critical supplies shipped to the facility.

• Assure analytical testing of raw material, in-process samples, and finished products is completed and meets specifications.
• Assure all outsourced testing is conducted by qualified laboratory and the test results meet CSP specifications for sterility, potency, stability of the product(s) manufactured at the facility.

• Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with cGMP, FDA, and company Quality Management System standards; participate in deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to review batch records, resolve out-of-specification results, implement CAPAs, and monitor QC performance metrics.

• Oversee and perform environmental monitoring of cleanroom areas, analyze trends, and escalate issues impacting product quality.

• Develop and update SOPs, train staff on quality control procedures, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
  

Requirements : 

• Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline 
• 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Control role with in a regulated manufacturing environment 
• Experience within a 503b Outsourcing Facility and/or GMP aseptic environment 
• Experience with quality documentation review
