First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+ As a Broker Associate, you will support team production by guiding clients, managing transactions, and providing professional expertise. Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
  • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
  • A real estate license is required
  • Brokers' license or ability to obtain one
