Job Description

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented real estate assistant to provide high-level support to a top-performing broker.

This full-time, in-office role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and oversee transaction processes in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and showings, and monitor emails.
  • Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and manage client communication.
  • Listing Management: Prepare listing agreements, enter MLS data, and coordinate showings, inspections, and open houses.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee contracts and timelines, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Tech Proficiency: Use MLS, CRM, and other tools to manage listings and client data.
  • Team Collaboration: Ensure coordination with team members on all projects.
  • This is an on-site position

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Colorado real estate license required.
  • Experience in fast-paced administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to build client relationships.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful attitude and a passion for real estate.
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in residential real estate.
  • Candidate must be able to start work in the next 30 days.
