EventLink Group is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our growing remote team. This is a work-from-home position where you’ll help with simple customer support and data entry tasks. If you’re comfortable using a computer, communicating professionally, and following instructions, this role could be a great fit for you.
No experience? No problem—we provide paid training and full support.
Sending and responding to messages (text/email/chat)
Confirming interest from applicants or customers
Entering and updating basic information
Following simple scripts and instructions
Staying organized and professional
Basic computer and communication skills
Reliable internet and a laptop or desktop
Ability to work independently
Good attention to detail
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
$30/hour pay
