High-Earning Sales Opportunity – Solar, Roofing & HVAC | Solar Works

Location: Denver, Colorado (with expansion markets available)

Compensation:   Commission-based (Top performers earn $120K–$250K+)

Type:   Full-time, Independent Contractor

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations with   prequalified homeowners
  
• Present custom solutions that may include solar, roofing, and/or HVAC
  
• Manage your personal pipeline from initial consult to closed sale
  
• Help customers navigate financing and product options
  
• Work closely with our install, CX, and ops teams to ensure 5-star results

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of direct sales experience   in solar, roofing, or HVAC (more is better)
  
• A proven history of quota-crushing performance —show us your numbers
  
• Strong   consultative selling skills   and ability to guide homeowners through major decisions
  
• Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry to grow
  
• Tech-savvy with basic CRM and digital tools experience
