Title: Sr Salesforce Dev
Location: Coppell TX (Onsite Mon Thurs)
Key job responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration patterns and other Salesforce technologies
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems
- Implement and maintain CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments
- Optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience in Service and Sales Cloud environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce (plus)
- Excellent experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, Application Architect, AI Specialist)
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Exceptional quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
- Enjoys rolling up their sleeves in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and simultaneously manage multiple medium-to-large projects
- Is able to work cross-functionally with many teams and multi-tasks with a sense of urgency
- Has impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
