From strategy to launch, we are adept at delivering across the full product lifecycle. **About the Job:** As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Senior .Net/Oracle Engineer, you'll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers. **What You'll Get to Do:** - Take ownership of key modules within a flagship middle office platform-designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software that drives real business value. - Work end-to-end across the stack, delivering enhancements, fixes, and new features that improve system performance and functionality. - Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and translate them into robust technical solutions. - Contribute to a highly collaborative Agile environment-participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives. - Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring stability, scalability, and reliability. - Support migration, integration, and deployment efforts with thorough documentation and technical precision. - Identify opportunities to improve processes and automate workflows-helping the team move faster and smarter. **What You'll Bring with You:** - 5+ years of hands-on development experience in financial services. - Deep expertise in C# and the .NET framework, with strong object-oriented programming skills. - A solid grasp of SOLID principles and best practices for maintainable, scalable code. - Proven experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases, including performance tuning and optimization. - Strong understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, and concurrency management. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo, J-Frog, or SonarQube. - Knowledge of testing frameworks (TDD, BDD, FDD) and a commitment to delivering high-quality, well-tested software. - Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and API design/microservices architecture is a strong plus. - Willingness to work in the Jersey City office 3 days/week **Why Capco?** A career at Capco is a chance to help reshape the competitive landscape in financial services.
