The Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) Treasury Technology group has been created to build an enterprise analytics, tools, and data platform to help CIB Markets Trading and other businesses efficiently manage their capital, liquidity, and funding (P&L), and to facilitate efficient financial resource management. It supports the strategic agenda of our franchise through a coordinated approach to pricing and management of financial resources.
As a Senior Lead of Software Engineering at JP Morgan Chase within CIB Treasury Technology function, we look first and foremost for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. You serve in a engineering manager leadership role by providing technical coaching and advisory for technical software engineers, as well as anticipate the needs and potential dependencies of other functions within the firm. As an expert in your field, you will face off to internal clients and business stakeholders in CIB Treasury and be responsible for delivering towards strategic projects.

You'll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals.
