Thomas Thor is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in Pensacola, Florida . In this full-time, hybrid role, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for high-impact roles in the nuclear energy sector. You’ll manage search strategies, engage top talent, work closely with international teams, and play a key role in delivering our core services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and closing;
• Conduct market research and talent mapping in the energy/nuclear space;
• Develop strong candidate and client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor;
• Provide insights and feedback to business development and account teams;
• Ensure accurate candidate data and reporting via CRM;
• Lead compliance and support for contract hires and workforce delivery;

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with staff augmentation projects and stakeholder engagement;
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills;
• Ability to manage multiple searches and clients with precision;
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM platforms;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently;
• Interest in the energy or nuclear sectors;

Desirable:

• Experience recruiting in technical or regulated industries;
• Prior knowledge of highly technical sector programs, nuclear programs and terminology;
• Background in managing contractors and compliance processes;
