**Senior UX Strategist** **About the Role** Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Senior UX Strategist to serve our diverse base of global clients. With your expertise in UX Design Ideation UX Consulting UX Assessment and UI UX Designs you will contribute to the success of our ISV and Hi-Tech domain projects. This role requires you to work from our office during day shifts ensuring seamless collaboration with teams. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development of user-centric design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction. + Oversee the ideation process to create innovative UX solutions that address complex challenges in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains. + Provide expert UX consulting to guide clients in optimizing their digital platforms for improved user engagement. + Conduct comprehensive UX assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UI UX designs that elevate the overall user experience. + Drive the implementation of design thinking methodologies to foster creativity and innovation within project teams. + Analyze user feedback and data to refine design strategies and ensure alignment with user needs. + Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions. + Ensure that all design solutions are scalable and adaptable to evolving technology trends. + Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep design strategies current and competitive. + Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders and team members. + Evaluate the impact of design changes on user experience and business outcomes. + Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to enhance their skills and contributions. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in UX Design Ideation UX Consulting UX Assessment and UI UX Designs. + Demonstrate experience in the ISV and Hi-Tech domains showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges. + Exhibit excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and strategies effectively. + Show proficiency in design thinking methodologies and their application in real-world scenarios. + Have a proven track record of successful UX projects that have positively impacted user engagement and satisfaction. + Display the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Applications will be accepted until 06/12/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $120,500 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
