As a Receiving Clerk, you will support warehouse operations by accurately receiving, inspecting, and handling incoming parts and materials while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Comfortable reading SOPs, blueprints, and packing documentation
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, etc.)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods

What You’ll Do as a Receiving Clerk:

• Receive, inspect, and package incoming parts according to standard operating procedures
• Read and interpret packing slips, pick lists, bills of materials, and blueprints
• Operate scanners, scales, tablets, and other warehouse technology
• Support purchasing and parts sales teams with inventory counts and receiving data
• Use material handling equipment to move and stock materials
• Communicate clearly with team members and document all activities accurately
• Monitor and report inventory levels of warehouse supplies
• Identify and report any part quality issues
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, HR, and IT
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Work Center Lead and Warehouse Operations Manager
