Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry -- Mt. Clemens, MI Starting Pay: $16--$22/hr + Profit Sharing | Advancement Opportunities | Full-Time

Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry is expanding, and we are excited to hire an experienced Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Associate at our Mt. Clemens location. We're seeking someone with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to quality, organization, and efficiency.

Schedule:

• Mon--Thu: 6:00 AM--3:30 PM

• Fri: 6:00 AM--2:30 PM

• Optional Saturday overtime Clean driving record required

Position Summary

This role supports the final stage of our cabinetry-building process. You will wrap and prepare finished products, load trucks, receive materials, maintain warehouse organization, and assist with occasional local deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all shipping and receiving activities with precision

• Create and process shipping documents using basic computer systems

• Maintain a clean, well-organized warehouse

• Wrap, pack, and prep cabinetry for shipment

```

• Load and unload trucks; operate forklift

• Complete local pick-ups and deliveries

```{=html}

```

• Safely lift and move materials over 50 pounds

```

• Assist with cabinet assembly as needed

```

• Communicate professionally with team members and drivers

• Collaborate with coworkers to meet production schedules

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of shipping/receiving experience (required)

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Confidence using hand and power tools

• Reliable, professional, team-oriented work ethic
