This role will shape scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences across digital channels. The ideal candidate will bring deep cloud engineering expertise, a strong understanding of digital transformation in regulated and data-intensive industries, and a hands-on approach to DevSecOps.
Key Responsibilities:
•Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
•Design and scale digital engagement platforms using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sitecore, or Acquia.
•Develop APIs and microservices using .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python, and manage them via Azure API Management, Apigee, or Kong.
•Integrate analytics and personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Google Analytics 4, Tealium, and Segment.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, product, and compliance to align technical solutions with business goals.
DevSecOps Practices:
•CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
•Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use Terraform, Pulumi, or Bicep to provision and manage cloud infrastructure in a repeatable, version-controlled manner.
•Containerization & Orchestration: Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE), with Helm for package management.
•Security Integration: Embed security into the development lifecycle using tools like Snyk, Aqua Security, Checkmarx, or SonarQube for static and dynamic code analysis.
•Secrets Management: Implement secure secrets handling using HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault, or AWS Secrets Manager.
•Monitoring & Observability: Ensure system reliability and performance with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or Azure Monitor.
•Policy as Code: Enforce compliance and governance using OPA (Open Policy Agent) or Azure Policy.
•Automated Testing: Integrate unit, integration, and security testing into pipelines using JUnit, Postman, OWASP ZAP, or Trivy.
Industry-Specific Focus Areas:
Manufacturing
•Enable smart factory and IoT-driven engagement using Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, and Edge AI.
•Integrate with MES/ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud SCM, and Siemens Teamcenter.
•Support digital twin and predictive maintenance initiatives through Azure Digital Twins and AWS TwinMaker.
Insurance
•    Build omnichannel customer engagement platforms integrated with Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
•    Enable real-time claims processing and policy servicing using event-driven architectures and Kafka.
•    Ensure data privacy and compliance with NAIC, PCI DSS, and state-level insurance regulations.
Healthcare
•    Architect patient engagement portals and mobile apps compliant with HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7 standards.
•    Integrate with EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts via FHIR APIs.
•    Support virtual care, remote monitoring, and AI-driven diagnostics using Azure Health Data Services or Google Cloud Healthcare API.
Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
•    10+ years of experience in software or cloud engineering, with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
•    Proven experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications in regulated industries.
•    Strong understanding of digital identity, SSO, and security frameworks (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure AD B2C).
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.
•    Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and real-time engagement engines.
•    Familiarity with compliance frameworks and industry-specific data governance.
