You will be elevating our dynamic beverage program with your expertise and enthralling guests with your charm. Motivating and mentoring the service team is a daily duty. It’s necessary to maintain attention to detail and have expansive knowledge of all beverages including spirits, sake, and beer.
Demonstrating the ability to work as part of our team enhancing the guest experience is just as important as the other innate skills you bring to the restaurant. You need a strong desire to continue learning and take a leading role in staff education and development.
