Job Title:- Pegasystems Developer

Job Description:

• Pegasystems Developer (Pega PRPC and Pega Customer Decision Hub/CDH).
• Great opportunity to work with a fast-paced development team to expand its current marketing and personalization services utilizing Pegasystems’ Customer Decision Hub (CDH) product.

• Design and implement Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions for marketing uses cases in the financial services industry.
• Work with Pega data flows and API integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions.
• Provide application support, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

• 5 plus years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

• Proficiency developing in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) /Dev Studio and Pega frameworks
• Strong understanding of Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with Pega integration services (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.) .
• Experience working in Agile methodology
• Experience with Pega dataflow processing
• Ability to quickly learn/understand business use cases
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

• Specific experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) in a Marketing context.
• Experience with cloud technology and Pega CDH Hosting on AWS
• Technical Experience with conversation/offer creation using Pega 1:1 Ops Manager Product
• Understanding of Pega rulesets and usage of Pega Deployment Pipeline manager
• Pega Technical Certification : Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
• Experience with Postman for API testing

• 7 years + Technical Development Experience
• 3 to 5 plus years of hands on Pega development experience.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
