The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining cleanliness in our restaurant. Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per Hour Job opportunities as Customer Service/FOH Team Member are generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, associate, or other part time restaurant job at Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger, Starbucks.* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards and health regulations.
* Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas, including the dining area and kitchen.
* Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of food and beverage items, including chopping ingredients, making
sandwiches, and brewing coffee.
* Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
* Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
