Temporary Data Entry Associate Location Warrendale, PA :

As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in uploading information into multiple software platforms within a tight deadline. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong computer literacy skills. This position requires proficiency in various Office Products.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the transfer and entry of a high volume of data from multiple sources into multiple databases ensuring that all necessary data is being entered accurately, according to data integrity guidelines, PRI and Aerospace industry guidelines, and maintained according to the retention policy. This position requires SAE Enterprise, product and service knowledge as well as speed and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Efficiently and accurately input large volumes of data into multiple software platforms.
• Navigate and operate various software systems with ease.
• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure data integrity and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members and provide regular updates on progress.
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the data.
• Maintain detailed records of tasks completed and report any challenges faced.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3 years experience and/or training in data entry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk
• Standard office environment
• May be required to lift 20 lbs
