Job Description

1. Transport Department Process Establishment:Develop and refine the transportation department's management system and processes for the branch, establish standardized transportation and distribution management systems to ensure the smooth operation of the branch's transportation department.
2. Transport Department Organization Management: Manage the branch's transportation department and improve the logistics management manual. Establish a delivery team system to provide efficient delivery services to branch customers.
3. Overseas Transport Personnel Training:Train and empower the branch's transportation department staff, establish uniform service standards for the company, and ensure quality and timely completion of daily tasks.
4. Continuous Improvement in Transport Management: Conduct efficiency and cost analysis of logistics and distribution, and develop improvement plans.
5. Transport Cost Control: Develop and execute the branch's annual transportation budget, monitor and control the department's expenses, and manage expense rates. Continuously integrate transportation resources, adopt new methods, and reduce transportation costs.
