Seeking a UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in UX Research and UI Design for a long-term hybrid role. Must be local to TX and able to work onsite as required.
Responsibilities:
Translate research into actionable UI/UX designs
Create UX artifacts (journey maps, storyboards, flows)
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders
Support multiple workstreams and prioritize research based on roadmap
Ensure documentation of UI strategy and design goals
Required Skills:
5+ years in UX Research & Design
Strong empathy, adaptive thinking, and communication skills
Proficient in UI/UX tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
Strong understanding of UI best practices and graphic design theory
Portfolio showcasing process and outcomes
Nice to Have:
Project management experience
