We are looking for a Part-Time Floater to support multiple classrooms across our early childhood program. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, loves engaging with children from infancy through preschool age, and is eager to support teachers and students wherever needed. Whether you’re rocking babies to sleep or helping preschoolers with puzzles, your flexibility and positive attitude will make a lasting impact!

Duties

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed throughout the day
• Provide nurturing care, age-appropriate play, and supervision for children aged 0–5
• Support daily routines including mealtime, diapering/potty training, nap time, and learning activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Step in to provide breaks, lunch coverage, or extra hands during transitions
• Engage children in indoor and outdoor play that supports development
• Follow all licensing and safety protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must pass background check and fingerprinting
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work across all age groups

Nice To Haves

✨ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in early childhood settings
• CDA Credential or currently enrolled in child development coursework
• Warm, friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Passion for working with young children and being a team player
