**Summary** Chenega is seeking dedicated and highly skilled Armed Security Guards to join our team at Redstone Arsenal. As an Armed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and sensitive information. Your vigilance and professionalism will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for all. **Responsibilities** What You'll Get To Do: + Monitor and control entry and exit points to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted access. + Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems to detect and respond to any suspicious activities. + Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, following established protocols. + Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations. Prepare comprehensive reports as required. + Provide excellent customer service to all personnel and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. + Ensure compliance with all security policies, procedures, and regulations. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. **Qualifications** You'll Bring These Qualifications: + Must possess a current Secret Clearance. + Must hold a valid Armed Guard License through the state of Alabama. + One year of prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service. + Must be physically fit and able to perform the duties required, including standing, walking, and responding to emergencies. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people. + Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to identify and address potential security risks.
