Description We are looking for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team in Middle River, Maryland. In this Contract to permanent position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment. This role requires strong communication abilities, multitasking skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Respond to a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. - Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and offer effective solutions. - Utilize multiple computer systems to locate, analyze, and document necessary information efficiently. - Maintain a customer-first approach, demonstrating empathy and understanding during interactions. - Accurately update customer accounts and document all interactions in the system. - Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. - Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards. - Stay informed about company products, industry updates, and relevant policies. - Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center environment. - Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. - Ability to navigate and utilize multiple computer systems and applications. - Proven multitasking skills to manage high call volumes effectively. - Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. - Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. - Bilingual Spanish/English skills are an advantage.
