The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage fundraising campaigns. Our Fundraiser will be responsible for cultivating relationships with donors, identifying new fundraising opportunities, and planning and executing fundraising events. This role requires someone who is results-driven, creative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals

- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners

- Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities through research and networking

- Plan and execute fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer recruitment

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and materials for fundraising campaigns

- Manage donation campaigns, including online and direct mail initiatives

- Track and report on fundraising progress to senior management

- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

- Stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices in the non-profit sector

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising for non-profit organizations

- Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns and donor relations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Familiarity with online fundraising tools and donor database systems

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for making a positive impact in the community

Salary: $98,000-$115,000 per year
