We are looking for a skilled Licensed Residential Plumber to join our team and help us with a wide range of plumbing tasks such as fixing leakages and installing pipes. You will maintain well-functioning systems that transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids.
You should have a thorough knowledge of hydraulic systems and be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail. We also expect you to be patient, possess a practical mind and manual dexterity,
Use blueprints and drawings to plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
Install or remove pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure, such as electrical wiring
Assemble water supply systems and maintain their work
Detect and resolve issues with water supply lines (such as leaks)
Find and fix broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
Maintain and troubleshoot domestic appliances (such as water heaters) and fixtures (such as sinks)
Assemble gas and liquid heating systems.
Assemble waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
2+ years' experience of working on a Plumber position
Significant experience with water distribution and disposal systems in residential, and commercial buildings
Profound experience of handle plumbing tools and equipment, such as pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers and so on
Friendly with a great deal of patience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
