Job Description

A facility located just outside  Rutland, VT, is seeking a  full-time Primary Care Physician to join its team.

• Starting Salary: $245,000/ annually
• $10,000 Retention Bonus

Primary Care Physician Opportunity:

• Full-time, direct-hire position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, days
• 32 scheduled hours of patient care per week with 8 hours of administrative time
• Relocation assistance is negotiable
  

Primary Care Physician Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic health conditions.
• The Primary Care Physician will support overall wellness and deliver preventive care within a patient-centered, community-oriented setting.
• Conduct routine examinations, health evaluations, and preventive services for individuals and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, including behavioral health, nursing, care coordination, and specialty providers.

Primary Care Physician Qualifications:

• Active VT medical license
• Prior work in FQHC is preferred
• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
• Open to new grads!
