Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join our Program Management team. The ideal candidate will champion the adoption and execution of Scrum practices, ensuring our team delivers high-quality software solutions and exceptional support, primarily for our largest customer. This role demands a servant-leader with outstanding communication skills, who fosters collaboration, resolves impediments, and drives continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Project Manager in overseeing project milestones and deliverables.
• Participate in internal and external PI (Program Increment) and Sprint Planning meetings to align team efforts.
• Maintain required ticket hygiene and documentation standards as outlined by team protocols.
• Collaborate with our Customer Support and VAT/Operations teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain Confluence and Jira dashboards to track progress, metrics, and team activities.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile, Project Management role. Familiarity with Agile SAFe methodology preferred.
• Certification: Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I, CSM), PMP, CAPM are a plus
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS, Containers, CI/CD pipelines highly desirable; Aptitude to learn is a must
• Skills:
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams
• Proficiency in Agile metrics and reporting tools
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• Security Awareness: Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., STIGs, FedRAMP) is an advantage
• DoD Security Clearance: Must be eligible; Current clearance is preferred
